TECHNOLOGY PODIUM INSTRUCTIONS:

Turn on the Laptop computer-

User Name = Your Personal log in
Password = Your Password

Instructions are posted on every podium.
If instructions are not there, please call our office.

To turn on the projector for a presentation, hold down the power button on the projector remote for 3 seconds.
Press 'computer 1' for Projector input.

Presentation from computer and Document camera:
Press the 'pc' button on the source box remote.

There is a VGA Switch box on top the cart.
A is for the attatched laptop pc. B is for your personal laptop or document camera.

For document camera to be on the projector screen
make sure camera light is on by pressing the input button.

Presentation from VCR/DVD:
Press 'S-Video' on the source box remote.

Volume:
Volume for VCR/DVD/CD/Web Based video/audio is played thru the speakers mounted on the front of the podium.

Please do not touch volume settings on laptop.

Entire system shut down: First, shut down the computer. If you logged in under your name, please log off.

Turn off the VCR/DVD player
Turn off the projector by pushing the off button. When it asks if you are sure, press the off button again on the remote.
Turn off the equipment source box by pressing 'power' on the remote or the box itself.
