Equipment How-To:

1. Pull out the keyboard tray
2. Turn on the computer- Log On = instructor Password = education
3. Turn on the computer monitor
4. To turn on the projector for a presentation, hold down the power button (green dot) for 3 seconds

*A green light should appear. This indicates that the projector is now ready for a presentation. The light will blink for a short time; this is normal

Presentation from computer:

• Make sure the RGB button on the projector is selected (Green arrow)

• When playing a DVD, make sure RGB is selected.

Presentation from VCR and Document Camera:

• Make sure the S-video button on the projector is selected (Green arrow)
• The Document Camera must be off, when using the VCR.

Entire system shut down:

1. First, shut down the computer. If you logged in under your name, please log off.

2. If you used the Document Presenter, turn it off
3. Turn off the VCR
4. Turn off the projector by pushing the off button. When it asks if you are sure, press the off button again on the remote.
